ABOUT WEEKSHOT CONTESTS

7-days event of members’ content competition. It starts with certain numbers of WeekShot members’ approved photos (shots) and WeekShot members voting on these shots. After qualifying rounds end, the top-rated shots go to the semi-final round. The final contains Top 10 shots and defines the winner by the voting results in the Final Round. Winning in the round brings the content creator a share of the Contest Prize Fund.

CREATORS AND UNIQUE CONTENT

Unleash your creativity using the shots from your mobile phone gallery. Every Weekshot member has a right to post to approval and selection one shot per week. Selected shots take part in a WeekShot Contests.
Most voted content wins. According to the rules, after 5 qualifying rounds end, the top-rated shots go to the semi-final round. The winners of the semi-finals take part in the final round and pass to the Final. Contest winner is the most voted content in the Final.

VOTERS AND VOTING

Any Weekshot member can vote in a Contests and give some votes according to voting limits. The base voting limit is the default limit of votes Voter can cast in one particular Round. Each qualifying round has the same vote count. Semi-finals and finals have a different base vote value than qualification rounds. Anyone still has the option to extend their base limits via daily available boosters and/or owning special assets which extend base limits.

VOTERS REWARDS (VOTE & EARN)

Any vote cast to a shot that won any Round is a Lucky Vote. In case of qualified voting, Voter get a reward for every Lucky Vote. Each qualifying round has the same amount of reward for Lucky Votes. Semi-finals and Finals have a bigger reward value for Lucky Votes than qualifying rounds.

TOP VOTERS REWARDS

By the end of any Contest, the list of Top Voters is defined. All Top Voters get additional reward, and Top 10 Voters get extra reward.

PRIZE DRAWS

All active Weekshot members have a chance to win valuable prizes in regular Prize Draws. More active the member - more chances to win.

WEEKSHOT COIN (WSC)

WSC (Weekshot Coin) — internal Weekshot currency used in Weekshot economy (rewards, purchases, contest prize funds, etc.). It can be earned by voting in Contests, taking part in Contest as a content owner, and some more other ways.
WSC emission is determined by Users’ actions in Weekshot and additional rules of distribution. According to the Roadmap, WSC will be transformed into Crypto-currency in the Future.
